Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Lead feature squads building secure, AI-assisted web platforms. Own architecture, delivery, and quality.

You will ship end-to-end product increments across web and API surfaces, pairing closely with design and platform teams. You will set engineering direction, keep quality high, and mentor teammates while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of web features with secure-by-default patterns (feature flags, IaC, CI quality gates)
Design and review service and API contracts with product and design partners
Pair with platform to keep observability, cost, and performance budgets honest
Mentor engineers through design docs, pairing, and thoughtful code reviews

Requirements

5+ years building production web apps with TypeScript/React/Next.js
Solid backend foundations (Node, API design, databases, queues)
Experience with cloud infra and security basics (IAM, secrets, least privilege)
Comfort reading traces/logs and debugging performance issues

Nice to have

Experience with LLM apps (RAG, tool use)
IaC experience (Terraform/CDK)
Leading small squads or projects
