You will prototype and productionize ML features with a focus on reliability, safety, and observability. You partner with product, data, and security to deliver grounded AI experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design retrieval and routing pipelines for LLM applications
- Build eval harnesses and guardrails for prompts and agents
- Productionize models with CI/CD, feature flags, and canary rollouts
- Collaborate with security on data privacy, redaction, and compliance
Requirements
- 4+ years in ML/ML Ops with production launches
- Python expertise and comfort with modern LLM tooling
- Experience with embeddings/vector search and evaluation methodologies
- Strong data engineering foundations (batch + streaming is a plus)
Nice to have
- Kubernetes experience
- Multilingual NLP experience
